Terms, Use & Disclaimer – In Confidence with Rosie Dalling

If you choose to submit a letter, voice note, comment, or any other content (including text, images, or audio) to In Confidence with Rosie Dalling, these are the terms that apply. They’re here to protect both you and me, and to keep this space thoughtful and safe.

By submitting content, you confirm that what you’re sharing is your own, or that you have permission from anyone else involved to share it. You keep ownership of anything you send me.

By submitting content, you also give me permission to use it, in whole or in part, for In Confidence. This may include publishing, playing, quoting, or sharing your content on Substack, the podcast, my website, social media, or related platforms, now or in the future. This permission is non-exclusive (you can use your content elsewhere), royalty-free, worldwide, and ongoing.

If you submit a voice note or other audio, you understand that it may be played in full as part of the podcast or related content. To protect privacy, I may still change names, roles, locations, or identifying details when introducing or responding to your submission.

Submissions may be published anonymously. I may edit written submissions for clarity, length, or tone, and I may choose not to publish a submission, or to remove published content at any time. I’ll always aim to preserve the truth and intent of what you’ve shared.

Please note that emails and voice notes are not technically anonymous. If anonymity is important to you, you’re welcome to use a non-identifying email address and avoid sharing identifying details in your message.

In Confidence with Rosie Dalling is a space for reflection, perspective, and practical thinking. Any responses or suggestions I share are offered in good faith and are intended as general guidance only. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You engage with this content at your own discretion and are responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result. I’m not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from reliance on anything shared through In Confidence with Rosie Dalling. Views expressed by contributors don’t necessarily reflect my own, and I don’t endorse or verify every opinion shared.

In Confidence is not a crisis service. If your situation involves immediate risk, harm, or serious distress, please seek support from a qualified professional or local support service. If a submission raises significant safeguarding concerns, I may choose not to publish it and may encourage the writer to seek appropriate support elsewhere.

By submitting content, you confirm that it isn’t abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, misleading, illegal, invasive of another person’s privacy, or in breach of copyright or other intellectual property rights. I reserve the right not to publish content that doesn’t meet these standards.

In Confidence exists to create honest, thoughtful conversation about confidence, work, leadership, and identity. By submitting content, you agree to these terms and help protect the integrity of this space for everyone.
